The Eucharist is the heart and the summit of the Church’s life with Christ. The Eucharist is the sacrament in which we receive the Body and Blood of Christ. As Jesus celebrated the Passover at his last supper with the apostles, He blessed, broke and shared with them bread and wine, declaring that it was His body and blood. He promised that He would truly be with them when they did likewise and shared bread and wine together in memory of Him.
Do you want to have a first communion for your child?
Children receive their first holy communion as part of the ongoing religious education program. Please call the parish office and ask to speak to the religious education coordinator who can address your questions and explain the timing and location for all religious education at both St. Peter’s in Gunnison and Queen of All Saints in Crested Butte.

Following Mass on 12/21 in the Parish Hall we will have a special Christmas Breakfast. We will have Christmas music, great food, and crafts for kids of all ages. We are looking for volunteers to donate food, help with setup, help serve, help cleanup and assist with craft projects. Please sign up on the sheet in the back of the church or call or text Katie at 303.912.4522.
